Excellent Management System

Merak has a Management System called REX Rail Excellence which integrates all requirements for Quality, Environmental and Working Hazard Prevention and which essentially focuses on processes and the principles of the EFQM model. This management frame allows us to be certified in the internationally recognized regulations ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009, OHSAS 18.001:2007, EN 15085-2 as well as the regulation IRIS International Railway Industry Standard revision 01, which is specific to the railway sector.

This configuration and combination of processes and requirements confers Merak an organized and systematic approach which guarantees at any time the product quality, environmental care and safety of all persons involved.
