From early on, we attempt to identify management personalities through internal Development Centres. This may be followed by national or international talent-pool events. We prefer to find these personalities in-house. Internal hires for management positions total 85%.
Additionally we are of course open to professionals who are capable of bringing demonstrable experience into the company at this level.
